Ieri sera ho visto La canzone di Carla di Ken Loach con due fratelli nicaraguanensi: non so se fosse il vino, il fatto che, soprattutto nella seconda parte ambientata in Nicaragua, Carlos guidava la nostra visione con dei commenti e precisazioni, o il fatto che il fratello, un vero simpatico, teatrante, buffone di sedici anni, cantava adrenalinico ed emozionato le canzoni del film, ma alla fine avevo un groppo allo stomaco notevole. Avrei voluto fare mille domande a Carlos ma le avrei poste male (sarò pessima nel fare ricerca sul campo, già lo so). Per il momento l'America latina continua a rimuginarmi in testa: chissà che finalmente non legga Le vene aperte dell' America latina.

Mi è arrivato questo appello via mail, mi è venuto voglia di convincerle a venire in Italia:

as some of you might already know we have the idea of bulding up a queer-feminist collective in the countryside.
Now we need YOU because you might know
-
people who have a similar idea to ours and maybe want to join us
-
collectivs that are loooking for new people or that can share experiences/information with us
-
suitable places/empty houses on the countrside
About us:
we are a berlin based new founded group of six persons and we just started the whole process of discussing our political and social ideas/wishes/dreams...so far what`s already clear is that we want:
-
a project in the countryside (preferable in southern europe like spain or portugal)
-
to live with people of all genders, who are interested in queer-feminist ideas/struggles
-
to develop a way of living and working together that is taking care of everyones needs and possibilities and solves problems in a consensual way.
-
to learn about communication and how to avoid hierarchies inside our collective
-
to build up alternatives to the individualized way of life inside of our capitalist society. We would appreciate to do this meanwhile getting involved in the regional affairs of the would-be place.
-
to create a space that is as safe as possible for people who are affected by structural opression/violence→ therefore have enough space to reflect on our own internalized thoughts and actions of oppression.
It would be great if you could forward this email to people that could help us or be interested or just send us all the information you have!

robi | 02 Maggio, 2008 17:35Dove sono ora (ma anche in altri luoghi), la prima cosa che chiedo alla gente è da dove viene. Le persone vengono tutte da un altro luogo, sono tutte già state in almeno uno o due posti a vivere per non parlare di quelli solo visitati. Allora ascolto un sacco di bei racconti che scambio con altre storie. Tutto questo mi fa sentire sospesa al centro di un crocicchio in attesa di scegliere quale via prendere.
